About The Adventure Library

At The Adventure Library, stories don’t stay on the page.

Each class transforms a book into a hands-on adventure through sensory play, imaginative exploration, creative crafts, and playful learning experiences. Children dig, build, create, and pretend their way through the story — discovering that books are not just something we read, but something we can step inside.

Along the way, children develop early literacy skills, strengthen creativity and confidence, and begin to see stories as something joyful and exciting.

Learning Through Play

Every Adventure Library experience is designed to support how young children naturally learn — through play, curiosity, and exploration.

Through story-based activities, children practice:

     • Early literacy and storytelling skills
     • Creative thinking and imagination
     • Fine motor development
     • Social interaction and communication
     • Curiosity about the world around them

Our Story

Storytime has always been one of my favorite parts of the day.

As both a lifelong book lover and an early childhood educator, I’ve always believed stories have the power to spark imagination, build connection, and shape how children see the world.

The Adventure Library was created to bring those moments to life in a bigger way — blending the magic of storytelling with the power of hands-on play.

Each class is thoughtfully designed to help children explore, create, and imagine while building a strong foundation for lifelong reading.

Because when children experience books as something exciting and meaningful, a love of reading grows naturally.

One story. One adventure. One little reader at a time.

About Ms Taylor

I’m Taylor, the heart behind The Adventure Library! I’ve always loved working with little learners — I spent my college years as a preschool teacher’s assistant, then co-owned a preschool program for two years. As a mom, I’ve also had plenty of practice setting up sensory bins and hands-on activities at home. All of these experiences shaped my love for creating joyful, play-filled learning spaces.

With The Adventure Library, my goal is to spark a love of reading and give families a space where stories, play, and creativity come together.

When I’m not planning adventures, you can usually find me chasing my two kiddos or curled up with a good book. I’m so glad you’re here — I can’t wait to share more story-filled fun with you!
